While I applaud Paramount’s decision to finally commence releasing some of their older titles, I have to wonder how serious they are when they release only one disc from one of their most successful comedy teams’ films, at the same time they’re dumping most of the Jerry Lewis catalogue on the market.(And I’m not ragging on Jerry. I reflect Jerry’s gigantic,though it may not be icy to admit it, I’m proudly out of the closet on this verbalize. But even Jerry admits that he was never as superb as when he was with Dean) So the ask is how do you have a Martin & Lewis “Collection” with only one movie?

Don’t fetch me gross, it’s a kindly one. The Stooge is their 7th outing and, unlike the previous films, has some character development and a distinct edge. Dino plays Bill Miller a Vaudeville Entertainer whose partner has honest cease on him. After an abortive attempt at a solo act, his agent (the exact Eddy Mayehoff) convinces him to bag a patsy to plant in the Audience that Bill can mock. Enter Jerry as the titular Stooge also known as Ted Rogers. Turns out Ted is silly unbiased being himself and the Act is a Crash. But Bill is something of an egomaniac and decides that he himself is responsible for his unique found success, and refuses to answer Ted’s contribution, or even give him billing. Dino doesn’t try to be likable, and gives a performance with hints of the attractive dramatic actor he would become. Jerry cements the nebbish, but gives him humanity this time. Polly Bergen is sparkling as Bill’s Reveal Biz Wife, who has given up her gain career. She and Dean do a nice duet on the generous but annoying “A Girl called Mary”. The other song that will never leave your brain,once you hear it, is “Who’s yer shrimp Whozits”. I recommend humming “Lady of Spain” or “Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini”. If those don’t work, try a .45.

Universal effect out the 24 Abbott and Costello Films in three sets for reasonable prices. Hope and Crosby are out for a similar note. The Marx Bros., W.C. Fields all have collections coming out for affordable cost. So why not Martin & Lewis? I’m unprejudiced askin’. And by the procedure, honest who is yer dinky whozits?

This is my personal common of the world’s greatest comedy team.I have been watching their movies since I was 6 years used.I would give it 10 stars if it was allowed but 5 is the highest.If you are a fan of their work then this movie is a must.Devour!

I try not to let my kids (2 & 4) see noteworthy TV, but when we do, it’s Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers, or Oswald. This is a amazing itsy-bitsy expose, very, very well done. It’s a sweet, lifeless chase, not frantic like some other cartoons, and the lawful themes of the explain (it’s more fun if we all section, abet your friends and they will wait on you, sometimes things regain broken but you can say your sorry) never feel forced. The sing talent is qualified, and I appreciate that there is a recognizable diversity in the voices. Johnny Snowman sounds like an African American man, without this being pointed out or made a token of in any diagram. It’s objective the draw it is in Oswald’s world, as is every inhabitant being a different species. The characters think the moods we all have on different days, and kids especially struggle with (sweetly but overly-exuberant Daisy, borderline obsessive-compulsive Henry, jumpy Pongo) . The music is especially improbable, again in difference to many enchanting series. It is actual, orchestral instruments, playing simple yet musical melodies, and Oswald sings along about whatever he is dealing with in that episode, showing how kids can incorporate music into their hold daily lives. There is fair enough humor for older kids and parents to maintain it fascinating, but never interfereing with the sincerity of the demonstrate. (The “white elephant” joke cracks me up every time.) Also, there is no merchandising onslaught, which is so rare.

Beautiful, glorious note. We’d esteem to glimpse all episodes released on DVD. We worship these, but our favorites, like the Pet Note and Going Fishing, are not on these.

Oswald is such a breath of modern air. I admire the quirkiness of Oswald’s world, all the characters have character(hee, hee), and the plots record to situations that young ones encounter in life. And the price- trust me, it’s great- I had to terminate myself from doing a cartwheel in a cluttered living room. Thanks!

I opinion this movie would mostly be for kids, but I reflect I laughed as considerable if not more than the younger folks around me. The CGI is generous, the place is desirable, and Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, and Robin Williams speak the goods. It was also a treat to peep Dick Van Dyke and Mickey Rooney in action again. Not to mention that Carla Gugino is a feast for the eyes. It’s nice to contemplate a generous film for the whole family once every so often. It makes you feel like a kid again, without a care in the world.

He expects to have an easy time. Owen Wilson yet again teams-up with Stiller for a puny piece literally, he’s a cramped from an historical diorama (survey Starsky & Hutch, The Royal Tenenbaums, Meet the parents, Permanent Midnight, Zoolander for more shipshape Stiller/Wilson team-ups) . Actually the role is more than a cameo and is splendid of the narrative. The two play off each other superbly, like a modern-day Bing & Hope, only amusing (I Kid, I Kid) .

Another standout casting is Robin Williams lending Larry a hand as an animated-wax Teddy Roosevelt. Williams is able to toothsome his moments of insanity as a relatively static historical mentor while enfusing others with engaging realism and soulfulness (seriously) .

Loads of tall visuals, especially at the IMAX engagements, like the piquant dog-like T-Rex, Mammoths, stampedes and more. Definitely in the spirit of Jumanji, only with grand more heart.

They actually have 14 episodes i dunno why they say there is only 12!!!

The last box plot i said it was a bit tiresome… well this one is serene a diminutive bit but naruto s humour wins it all.

This box location starts with the demolish of the huge hokage s fight and extinguish up at the beginning of tsunade, orochimaru, jiraiya and naruto s great fight. For those that has been watching naruto on Cartoon Network, its the section where naruto learns how to pop the balloons, rubber balls and more. You will also learn how exactly sasuke got to disapprove his brother so powerful and you will understand what happened by him having flashbacks of his past

Yes, I plan the first Michael Bay Transformers was poor. I wasn’t expecting the sequel to be considerable better, but in the benefit of my mind I was hoping. Michael Bay apparently decided there wasn’t enough crass humor, overt sexuality, terrible character development, useless enthralling parts, explosions, and nameless robots transforming into formless metallic amoebas in the first movie. So now there is more of all that in this one. Of course, it doesn’t design the movie better, fair longer.

Negatives:

1) The twins. I don’t judge I need to account for this.

2) Sam’s parents, excessive silly relief, no importance to the account.

3) Mikaela and the Decepticon fem-bot. Ok, I’m a male, yes I consider Meghan Fox is hot. I personally, do not mind seeing her wearing skimpy revealing clothes. But near on, give her some depth. First of all, this movie is being worn to sell toys to 6-year-olds. There is no need for such overt female objectification in this movie. Seriously, she spends most of the movie with that pouty expression and posing seductively, instead of acting. Same complaint with the “fem-bot”, I felt it was completely unnecessary to the legend.

4) Everyone is funny relief. Ok, I’m all for silly relief in action movies. But seriously, you can’t accomplish an action movie around an entire cast of comedians. More than 3 funny relief characters, and you should call it “Giant Robot Movie” (ie. Scary Movie series) .

5) Visual effects. Sometimes less is more. The robots are too complex, too many racy parts. It is very hard to follow the action trying to follow these overly detailed monochromatic machines as they flit through cities causing random destruction everywhere. In the modern cartoon, the simpler designs were easier to identify and they were distinctively color-coded. Most of the Decepticons study the same.

6) There are no rules. Basically, Michael Bay is telling us that alien robots can do whatever they please. They can change their alt-forms at will or become giant robo-amoebas. If you hack them to pieces, each share can become a completely fresh Transformer. Robots can transform into people. Mechanical devices can turn into dust, communicate telepathically with humans, then reform themselves from said dust and resurrect wearisome Transformers. And other mechanical devices or even a limited fraction of them can turn earth machines into robots (complete with machine-guns) or resurrect Transformers.

7) Questionable motivations on both sides. So at the demolish of episode 1, this autobot declared he would end with Sam forever and ever. Ah, how touching. Now Sam decides to go to college and he won’t remove Bumblebee with him. What a jerk. He saved the world once, but now Optimus Prime asks for his serve to do it again, and college is more vital. Why does Sam give the All-Spark sliver to his unrealistically hot girlfriend for safe-keeping, instead of Bumblebee, Optimus or any of those government guys? Why do the Decepticons want to ruin the sun? I mean really, Cybertron is supposedly destroyed, do they have another planet to inhabit once this solar system is wiped out?

Positives:

1) Peter Cullen and Frank Welker

2) Explosions

Neutral:

1) The battle with Optimus Prime in the woods was really cold, but it didn’t have nearly the emotional impact of the absorbing movie from the 80’s because it was decided early on that they could honest resurrect him before the waste of the movie. And with no “Hot Rod” character, Sam’s episode of feeling guilty seemed shapely shallow.

All in all, a awful movie from a principal point of thought. People will like the movie if they are a huge fan of loud booms and not optional things like sage. I feel guilty spending money on this trouble, though.

Okay. Let me glean this straight. If there was a moral to refund law if you didn’t like a film, I would hold EVERY SINGLE PENNY I SPENT ON THIS Bad MOVIE. Oh yeah, the CGI was improbable, but everything else you can flush down the toilet!!! The location sucked, sexual humor was waaaaay to worthy, and cursing! The cursing made me feel like I was watching an R rated movie!!!!! There were 2 F bombs in this film I acquire. Very intolerable for a kids movie. Not even Star Amble (2009) had the F bomb. (Well in the front with the Beastie Boys song) But it was barley noticeable! I didn’t even hear it. I went by myself to peep this at the theaters, and I heard one of the mothers of 3 kids complaining it was a very immature movie.

Shame on Micheal Bay, for making such a crappy film, with such crappy actors, and a crappy dwelling.

To me, Star Fling totally owned this film for this year.

In conclusion, I will not exhaust anymore money for this movie, even if I could exhaust 1 dollar at Redbox to rent it.

I have to disagree. The FIRST season was the BEST! (Jeremy Gelbwaks was a better Chris Partridge. Had more and better lines) . However… owning Season 3 and hopefully soon Season 4 to complete my Partridge Family Collection would be the a dream reach suitable.

No, it did not go to a 5th season, and I totally agree… I hope it doesn’t prefer as long to release the final.. season 4.. Would be nice if they include some interviews with the cast.. (including Jeremy) . Would be nice to peek HOW they recorded the music scenes for the note… (Pads over the drums and keyboards) . Maybe even include the “This Is Your Life” on Shirley Jones, as well as include the Rotten Recent PARTRIDGE FAMILY pilot they did in 2005. (It was better than The Partridge Family AD cartoon) .

The Partridge Family’s third season was definitely among this series’ best: the characters had gelled; the plotlines were solid (and more hilarious than ever!) ; and the music, like its prime audience, was maturing. I Treasure this season, and this explain (can you order? LOL), and CAN HARDLY WAIT TILL ITS RELEASE THIS Topple!!! I know this is a bit belated on my share, but THANKS SONY!! And I hope all we PF fans can all stare forward to the series FINAL Season in the not-too-distant future as well! Thanks again to everyone responsible for making this happen!!!

This DVD did not have closed caption or subtitle to allow deaf people like me to devour it. Am disappointed.

“Iron Man: Armoured Adventures” did NOT acquire me with confidence when it first came to light. After the ample success of the live-action movie, the news that the series would be presenting Tony Stark as a teenager seemed an unnecessary storytelling diagram (the movie didn’t need to obtain the character younger in order to sell him to a younger audience, why should the cartoon? ), and compounding that was the fact that it harkened attend to a very unpopular period from the character’s history in the mid-90s, when he was replaced with a teenage version of himself. After all, by removing the adult Stark from the equation, you engage the opportunity to dispute some of his greatest stories, like the seminal, alcohol-fuelled “Demon in a Bottle”, or his many tales of loves lost and won. The concurrent age-regression of many of his supporting cast like James Rhodes, Pepper Potts and Overjoyed Hogan was a uncouth accompanying shock, albeit a neeeded one to design the ensemble work. The discovery that his arch-enemy, the Mandarin, recieved the same treatment, however, was very nearly the last straw for me, as this fair wasn’t *necessary* the arrangement it was with his friends and allies. What was next, I wondered? The Melter, science geek who creates a raygun in the shcool lab? Whiplash, sports jock famous for his locker-room rat-tails? Fin Fang Foom, cabin boy of an alien spacecraft, able only to breathe flame when he sneezed? Top it all off with some flat-out monstrous cel-shaded CGI animation, and redesigns of supervillains that made them scrutinize nothing like themselves, and I resolved that “Armored Adventures” was not the point to for me.

And then… it… got… Trustworthy. Barrelling through all of my greivances, the demonstrate began juggling multiple ongoing plotlines (Tony’s struggle to reclaim his company from Obadaiah Stane, Tony and the Mandarin’s quest for the Makluan rings, the war between the Mandarin’s Tong and the criminal Maggia, the terrorists of AIM working on their MODOK project…), brought in guest characters from all over the Marvel universe, forging all the character relationships I expected and *wanted* to explore (Pepper’s crush on Tony, Tony and Rhodey’s strained relationship over Tony’s lying and manipulation), and made the absolute *most* it possibly could of Iron Man’s admittedly limp rogue’s gallery (you’ve got the Mandarin, and everyone after that is C-level at best), refraining from de-age-ing any characters place for Madame Masque, and eventually even refining their do process so that characters like the Ghost, the Gloomy Knight and the Dark Panther *looked like* their comic-book selves, where Mandarin, Blizzard, Whiplash and Crimson Dynamo had been unrecognizable, uninspired jumbles of indistinct armor. Breaking down every barrier that stood in its arrangement, even those very barriers that were built into the show’s basic notion, “Armored Adventures” has absolutely succeeded in being a advantageous version of Iron Man, and a sizable superhero cartoon that easily outstrips its contemporary, “Wolverine and the X-Men,” in my book. It’s not quite “The Spectacular Spider-Man”, but it’s a country mile better than some of the other bright offerings Marvel has given us over the years.

So, if you have any of the hang-ups about the indicate that I did when it began that have kept you from watching it, do yourself a favour and give it another try. The two-part pilot throws a lot of the concepts that you may have pains with at you all at once, but it’s all uphill from there. Definitely reccommended!

The special effects exhibit their age today and are a bit more stylized then realistic, but they assist the movie well.

A word of warning to parents. This is a very intense movie. Even though it was marketed as a family movie, many slight kids will be afraid by it. Keeping that in mind, you might want to preview it before you explain it to them.

Wow, can you imagine waking up on Christmas morning and finding JUMANJI under your tree? Talk about a game that would literally bring down the house! JUMANJI was critically bashed upon its release, but viewing it now, one has to wonder why. It has some blooming inventive special effects, and its premise is shipshape in that you never know what you accumulate with the roll of the dice. Giant mosquitos? Spiders? Enraged monkeys? A stampede of African animals? A crazed hunter? Floods, etc., etc. While the movie sometimes drifts off on unnecessary tangents, it’s composed a whirlwind of fantastical adventures. Robin Williams, the king of playing grown men who act like children, is remarkably restrained as Alan Parrish, a young boy who was sucked into the game relieve in 1969 and is released in 1995 by a young Kirsten Dunst and Bradley Pierce. In order to discontinuance all the horrendous things happening, they must do the game Alan started in 1969, which includes his now adult girlfriend, lovingly played by Bonnie Hunt. Of course, the demented hunter (Jonathan Hyde in a dual role as the hunter and Alan’s rather loutish father) doesn’t want the game finished. Smaller children may collect themselves disquieted by some of the catastrophies that plague our heroes, but for older children and even us adult children, JUMANJI delivers.

Having watched this via FioS months ago, I was a small leery about PQ. No need; nice visible details throughout the movie. Not a lot of 3D pop. wasn’t watching for halo-ing nor EE - sorry. pleasurable to gape they made an disaster for this HD release.

AQ was outstanding. i very clearly heard Ed ‘pranging’ Pete’s car outside Shaun’s parents’ home from my rear surround speakers.

I have always been in terror when visiting America’s National Parks. Like most people, I consume these wonders for granted, never had a generous plan of how they came to being. This documentary, though it contains breathtaking scenes, isn’t all about the ooohhhs and aaahhhhhs of the National Parks. As the title suggests it’s America’s Best Opinion, the documentary builds on how hard fought the view was, like many mammoth ideas. Most of us know very slight about our national treasures. We may know that John Muir fought hard as a conservationist but many may not know that trying to prevent Hetch Hetchy valley from being dammed and flooded took the life out of him. I remember learning Teddy Roosevelt was a Rough Rider in school but never knew the major role he played at conservation and that even he and all his powers as President could only made the Titanic Canyon a National Monument. Those of us who be pleased the astronomical outdoors owe it to Muir and Roosevelt and others such as Stephen Mather and John D. Rockefeller, Jr. The opinion didn’t near easy or free and some people set their lives and/or fortunes into making definite that Nature’s Majesties are conserved for all to be pleased. Besides the sparkling scenes, the documentary is very informative and educational and a must for those who bask in America’s National Parks. This series would produce a very nice addition to one’s video collection and a must for those who luxuriate in the huge outdoors.

This is quite simply the most spectacular creative production I’ve seen. It is my considered conception that this is Mr. Burns’ best work to date. If you like nature, you’ll be in dismay of the cinematography; if you like history, you’ll be fascinated with the sage of a uniquely American process that brought the parks into being and transformed them into national shrines that they are for so many. Most of all, if you esteem our country, you’ll be inspired by the stories of selfless sacrifice and devotion to a dream that have succeeded in preserving that dream for many genrations to approach. Not only is it a must explore for you; I contain it will be a like for those future generations. This one will stand the test of time fair as it’s subject matter has done. A Masterpiece on a gigantic scale, but told in a lyrical, conversational manner. Outstanding. Bravo!
